We require a minimum of 3 working days to process the orders.. 

Cakes are made freshly in Catering Kitchen in Park Royal, NW10.

Pick up prior to arrangement only.

For your security, and peace of mind, we have created an Online Shop so that credit card details are not passed to Tortenshop.  Instead we use Paypal one of the world's leading companies handling secure credit card transactions.  So rest assured that information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read by anyone else. If you have any questions regarding security matters, please email to mail@tortenshop.com.

Prices

The price of the cakes available are those currently stated on the website.  These prices are subject to change without notice, but orders taken at the offered price will remain the same.  The service includes the chosen handmade cake, please note the stated cake prices do not include delivery.

Ingredients:

At Tortenshop our cakes are made from the freshest ingredients and as close to pick up date as possible to ensure freshness.  Please note, that some of the products contain nuts.

The cake collected or delivered, at the point of goods being exchanged with the customer, has been severely damaged.

The cake/cakes collected or delivered, at the point of goods being exchanged with the customer, has been made to incorrect specification, e.g. a fruit cake was required and a chocolate cake has been delivered.
