Three layers of soft sponge, filled with fruit jam, and vanilla cream mixed with Whipping cream and gelantine, topped with seasonal fruits and decorated with almonds on the side.

  

  

 

 

Strawberry Cake

Two layers of biscuit sponge, (soft sponge without butter), with Vanilla cream, covered with whipped cream, decorated with Strawberries and Almond flakes.   

 

 

  

 

Raspberry Cream Cake  

Two layers of soft sponge, (no butter) with berry yoghurt cream, gelantine, decorated with whipped cream, raspberries.   

 

 

 
 

Raspberry poppyseed Cake

Square poppyseed cake with Quark ( unsalted cottage cheese), gelantine and topped with raspberry mousse.

 

 

 

Seasonal Fruit Cake

Square fruit cake with two layers of biscuit sponge and vanillacream topped with seasonal fruits and jelly.
