Marion Trenkwalder has always loved the cakes of her native Austria and over the years has made many cakes for friends and family. Keen to add to her skills she has attended a number of cake making courses in Austria and, in September 2009, decided to turn her passion into a business. That's when Tortenshop was formed.

Tortenshop brings to you the classic cakes that Marion has enjoyed all her life, together with a few newer continental recipes. The cakes make afternoon tea special but are also excellent as a dessert or on a buffet table.
